Choirs come from all over the world to take part in this festival, now in its third year. Performances are organized in the most beautiful churches of Cracow and Grand Concert at Hall of Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Wieliczka Salt Mine 


The 900-year-old Wieliczka Salt Mine, оne of the oldest salt mines in Europe, is a venue for the We Are Singing Cracow Festival – a annual choral festival based in Cracow, Poland. The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine is one of the most valuable monuments of material and spiritual culture in Poland and is the largest underground museum in Europe, and presents all aspects of salt mining. Suffice to say, this subterranean world of pits, tunnels and huge rooms have to be seen to be believed!

Recital Hall of the Academy of Music


The Academy of Music in Cracow is one of the oldest music higher education units in Poland and in Europe. It was founded as a Conservatory by the Music Society in Cracow – an organization that came into being owing to the efforts of Duchess Marcelina Czartoryska and Wladysław Zelenski in February 1888. The building is located on the historic Old Town of Cracow. Newly restored Recital Hall was reopened in 1956. Entrance from Basztowa street through the Comprehensive Music School and through an inner courtyard with beautiful gallery
